Job Title : Lead Quality Engineer
Job Summary : The Lead Quality Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality and performance. Responsibilities :
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and performance.
Implement automated testing frameworks using Java and Selenium to streamline testing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects effectively.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mentor junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality software.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve software quality and user experience.
Work closely with program management to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
Utilize domain expertise in program management to enhance project delivery and outcomes. -Qualifications
Possess a strong proficiency in Java and Selenium essential for automated testing.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering or related fields.
Experience in program management is a plus enhancing project coordination.
Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and drive improvements.
