Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer with strong expertise in React.JS, JavaScript, and modern CSS/UI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design and develop responsive, high performance web applications and collaborate closely with UX and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.JS and JavaScript.

Implement reusable UI components and ensure cross browser compatibility.

Work with CSS, UI kits, and design systems to create visually appealing interfaces.

Collaborate with designers and backend teams to ensure seamless integration.

Optimize application performance and accessibility.

Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve front end issues in production environments.

Document technical designs and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

7+ years of overall software development experience; 5+ years in front end development.

Strong proficiency in React.JS and JavaScript.

Expertise in CSS, UI frameworks, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with RESTful API integration.

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and modern front end build tools (Webpack, Babel).

Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic understanding of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
