Job Description :

• Provide operations support for the Guardian and Post Lot Processing Station systems.
• Monthly maintenance, issue resolution, bi-annual maintenance and serve as the primary point of contact for all things pertaining to Guardian and Post Lot.
• Handle the line switches requested by the engineering teams for testing and back into production.
• Manually send serial number notifications when required, request serial numbers as needed.
• Point of contact for the Guardian upgrade projects
• Assist the line engineering staff with troubleshooting and problem resolution
