Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, Angular, and Drupal-based web platforms. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of application development, from design and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

This role demands deep backend expertise, strong frontend development skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle Database, along with exposure to modern cloud and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Java / Spring Boot: 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Frontend (Angular): 6+ years of experience building scalable web applications
• Drupal: Strong experience in Drupal-based web development and customization
• Database: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database
• Cloud: Exposure to AWS and/or Azure

Roles & Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
• Implement business logic with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Follow enterprise-grade development standards and best practices

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular (latest versions), HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable and scalable UI components
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize frontend performance

Web Platform Development (Drupal)

• Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications
• Build and manage custom Drupal modules, themes, content types, and views
• Integrate Drupal applications with backend services and third-party systems using REST APIs

Database & Data Management

• Design, develop, and maintain relational database schemas (Oracle, MySQL)
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes
• Perform data migration, normalization, and performance tuning for high-volume systems
• Exposure to NoSQL databases is an added advantage

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control tools
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus
