Lead Full Stack Developer

Main Purpose:

To lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications by building robust front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services. The role requires end-to-end technical ownership, architecture decision-making, and team collaboration to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-centric web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complete web applications, including both client-side and server-side components.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility across web applications.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their application to current and future projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in full-stack web development, including significant hands-on coding experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end expertise with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, along with frameworks like Express, Spring Boot, or Django.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Preferred Experience:

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Performance optimization and security best practices for web applications.
