Lab Billing Executive - Alwarpet

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate bills for diagnostic tests, health packages, and other laboratory services.
• Collect payments from patients through cash, card, UPI, or online modes.
• Handle daily cash collections and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of the shift.
• Maintain billing records and patient payment details in the lab management software (LIS / billing software).
• Verify test orders and ensure correct pricing based on lab tariffs.
• Coordinate with the sample collection and lab team for billing clarification if required.
• Issue receipts and maintain documentation for all transactions.
• Handle refunds, billing corrections, and cancellations as per lab policies.
• Prepare daily billing reports and cash summaries for accounts.
• Ensure compliance with lab billing procedures and financial policies.
• Assist patients with billing queries and provide clear explanations of charges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,117.14 - ₹25,287.42 per month
