KYC Head – Stock Broking Industry (Mandatory)

We are seeking a highly experienced KYC Head to lead and oversee all aspects of client onboarding, KYC compliance, and regulatory adherence (SEBI, RBI).

• Lead and manage the overall KYC onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI) are met.

• Supervise the team in verifying client documentation and ensuring compliance with KYC regulations.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client KYC records across internal systems as per regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct periodic audits and reviews of client KYC data, especially for high-risk clients.

• Oversee the registration process with CVL KRA, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Address and resolve escalated client queries related to KYC, CDSL, and onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to align KYC procedures with regulatory requirements.

• Oversee modifications, closures, transfers, and transmission of client accounts and securities.

• Develop and implement KYC training programs for internal teams.

• 5+ years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or compliance roles.

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership position.

• Strong knowledge of SEBI, RBI, and KYC regulations.

• Proven experience with CVL KRA and CDSL processes.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
