Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 4–10 Years

Remote role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Design and implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Customize modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB based on business needs.
- Build and manage Service Catalog items, Service Portal components, and automated workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during QA/UAT phases.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
