Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for web, social media, television, and internal presentations
Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative team members to align with project narratives and stylistic goals
Trim footage segments and assemble sequences to create a cohesive story
Add music, voiceovers, graphics, sound effects, and visual effects as required
Ensure final videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines
Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently
Stay current with industry trends and editing techniques to contribute innovative ideas

Requirements

Demonstrate proven work experience as a video editor or in a similar role
Show proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Display experience with motion graphics software like After Effects (preferred)
Possess a strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, sound design, and file formats
Exhibit excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Bring a creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling visual stories
Hold a bachelor's degree in film studies, media production, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Present a strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating editing capabilities
