Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Travel Consultant for a full-time on-site role in Coimbatore. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, managing travel-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination of reservations. The role involves supporting travel management operations and ensuring client satisfaction by recommending tailored travel packages and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel solutions
• Proficiency in coordinating Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
• Proficiency in travel booking systems or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for travel and a client-centric mindset are desirable
• Fluent English is preffered
• Hindi (Added advantage)
