As a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate at Sunday Labs, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent for our growing team. If you have a strong background in recruitment, human resources, and HR operations, along with proficiency in MS-Excel and excellent written and spoken English skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations tasks.
• Produce reports and analytics on recruitment metrics to drive data-based decision making.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support our overall talent acquisition strategy.
