Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for writing & executing test cases, reporting defects, and ensuring the qualityof our software products. Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.

Roles:

• Perform manual testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify and report defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Work with developers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases and testing processes.
• Participate in the enhancement of testing processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
• Execute manual tests, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Document and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Generate test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and results to the team and management.
• Keep detailed records of test cases, testing processes, and findings.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment, taking full ownership of assigned
• responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or similar for defecttracking.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is an added advantage. ( Not Mandatory)
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
