Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Security Specialist (Security Supervisor) based in Chennai. The responsibilities include managing and supervising security operations to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. Tasks involve overseeing physical security measuy, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with teams to ensure operational excellence. The role requires proactive problem-solving and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or ASO in IT or Banking sector
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in physical security and operations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant certifications in security management (preferred)
• Experience in risk assessment, incident management, and security audits is an added advantage
