This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Recruiter, located in Coimbatore. The Junior Recruiter will manage day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for prospective candidates. Responsibilities also include maintaining applicant records, liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and assisting with onboarding new hires. Collaboration with departments to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring experience will also be expected.

• Experience with candidate sourcing and screening processes
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring processes efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and team interactions
• Proven ability to leverage recruitment tools, such as job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience or familiarity with the education sector is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
