Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Assist customers with various banking services, including account management and financial transactions.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately.
  • Address customer queries and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions.
  • Support branch targets by promoting banking products and services.
