Role Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Key Account Manager to join our marketing and advertising team. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their brand needs, and coordinating with our creative and operations teams to deliver impactful marketing and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilties

• Identify and onboard new clients in the marketing, branding, and printing space
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Understand client objectives and brief internal teams accordingly
• Coordinate with design, production, and strategy teams for project execution
• Support senior managers in planning and delivering campaigns
• Track and report campaign performance and client satisfaction
• Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations
