Job Description
Responsibilities
- Automating tasks to streamline operations processes.
- Handling server incidents promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining on-premise servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Acting as the first-tier support for server-related issues.
- Automating linear ticketing based on alerting systems.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration.
- Strong programming skills in Python, and Bash scripting.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including middle and night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience or internships in a related field would be a plus.
