Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Engineer to support day-to-day site execution, supervision, and coordination activities. The candidate will assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress of work.
* Assist in execution of RCC, finishing, masonry, and other civil works.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Maintain site records, DPR (Daily Progress Report), and material reconciliation.
* Ensure work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications.
* Monitor quality control and safety compliance at site.
* Assist in billing measurements and preparation of BOQ.
* Track material consumption and report shortages.
* Support senior engineers in planning and scheduling activities.
* Attend site meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
0–3 years of site experience (Freshers with internship experience can apply).
* Basic knowledge of RCC and construction procedures.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
* Understanding of BOQ and quantity estimation (preferred).
* Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
