Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in Palakkad. The Junior Architect will be involved in designing, drafting, and implementing interior & architectural plans, ensuring creative and practical design solutions. The role involves designing, coordinating with team members and clients, overseeing project timelines, and contributing to the integration of innovative design concepts. The individual will also assist in quality assurance and adherence to safety and sustainability principles during project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interior and Architectural Design, with a focus on creativity and functionality.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration for design and project execution tools.
• Strong Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, and timeline management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience with architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, sketchup, 3dsmax or similar tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices is a plus.
