Applicant to have basic know-how about architectural and residential design
Understanding of Estimation & Costing
Communication & Presentation skills
Co-ordinating with clients and site visits
Should have proven the ability to perform under pressure and complete the tasks within the deadline.
Create idea boards to communicate design concepts
