Designer should have knowledge in all regular designing tools and software (Autocad, 3ds Max, V Ray, Photoshop, MS Office etc.) . Can be a fresher or someone with a year's experience in the field.
Their role is to handle the project from start to finish and understand. They are expected to follow the priniciples of the office in terms of design, materials and excecution.
