Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Assagaon, Goa for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in architectural design, including creating conceptual designs, technical drawings, and detailed plans. Responsibilities also include collaborating with senior architects, coordinating project integration tasks, and managing project timelines to ensure timely execution. The role also involves contributing to discussions about creative design solutions and working closely with contractors and artisans during various project phases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and expertise in creating drawings, models, and innovative concepts
• Knowledge of Integration processes and Software Development tools relevant to architecture
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of project stages
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity in approaching design challenges
• An understanding and appreciation for luxury design and high-quality craftsmanshipBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is preferred
