Junior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams on design development, drafting, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.

2. Prepare and modify 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.

3. Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and contractors during various project stages.

4. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.

5. Support in preparing project documentation and working drawings.

6. Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required.

Skills & Software Proficiency:

1. Mandatory: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop

2. Good understanding of architectural detailing, design principles, and building materials.

3. Strong visualization, presentation, and drafting skills.

4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

5. Attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.

* Minimum 0-4 years of relevant professional experience.
