Junior Architect (Architecture & Interior Projects)

A design-led architecture and interior practice is hiring an Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience to work across conceptualization, schematic design, detailed documentation, and execution support. The role involves developing architectural concepts and schematic layouts, translating design intent into clear drawings and visual material, and supporting coordination through design and execution stages to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design ideas, schematic layouts, and early-stage design studies based on project briefs.
• Prepare schematic drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings for architectural and interior projects.
• Translate client requirements into functional and well-resolved design solutions.
• Support preparation of design presentations, visual material, and documentation.
• Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design alignment.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in drawings and documentation.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas within a collaborative studio setting.
• Support coordination through execution stages to maintain design intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural or interior design practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D tools.
• Ability to work across conceptualization, schematic design, and detailed documentation.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and basic construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Work Schedule

Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
