Job Opening: Sales Manager ( Insurance)

Salary: 5 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives

Experience: 2 to10 Years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Drive Life Insurance sales by building and managing a team of advisors.
Recruit, train, and develop commission-based agents.
Supervise and monitor agent activity plans to ensure business targets are achieved.
Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and update the Sales MIS.
Motivate and mentor agents through structured Career Progression Programs.
Promote usage of CRM Agent Portal for better customer service and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Strong networking skills and knowledge of the local market.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
