Agency Development Manager

Work Locations: Delhi | Noida | Gurugram | Faridabad | Ghaziabad | Kolkata | Bhopal | Kanpur | Varanasi | Jaipur

Salary Package: 4 LPA + Reimbursements + Attractive Incentives

Experience Required: 4 to14 years in Sales (Agency Channel experience preferred)

Role Summary

As a Senior Agency Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong distribution network of Business Associates (BAs) and their agents to drive Life Insurance business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit develop Business Associates and commission-based agents
Guide and monitor execution of agent activity sales plans
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) and maintain Sales Management System updates
Implement and promote Career Progression Programs for advisors
Encourage adoption of CRM tools agent portals for better customer engagement and cross-selling
Achieve assigned monthly annual business targets

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sales (preferably Life Insurance/Agency Channel)
Strong leadership, communication interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial approach with a result-oriented mindset
Confident, mature, and proven ability to manage teams successfully
Well-connected with good knowledge of the local market
Stable career track record with strong performance history
