As a technical Lead, you will participate throughout the application build lifecycle—understanding business requirements, converting them into technical components, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery. Will guide and lead a small team of developers .The position supports ongoing modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and application enhancements aligned to business goals.Invole in building applications as well as guide a small team in their roles.. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full stack during development and testing. Collaborate with QA engineers, architects, and product owners to ensure seamless delivery.Support integration, performance testing, and deployment activities.Involve in Code Reviews for team members.Java 8+, Springboot, RestAPI, Microservices, Pl/SQL , AWS EC2, S3, Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Kafka, Experience with NoSQL databases, Exposure to monitoring/logging tools, Pl/SQL, REactJS.
