Java React Full Stack Developer

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js to join our engineering team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high‑quality applications in an agile environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Location- Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune

Experience : 5years to 10 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize application performance, UI responsiveness, and API efficiency.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Implement best practices around coding standards, architecture, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes (if applicable).

Must‑Have Skills :

Backend Development

• Strong experience in Java
• Hands‑on expertise with Spring Boot
• Ability to build and consume RESTful APIs

Frontend Development

• Proficiency in React.js
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience building responsive and intuitive UI

Software Development Lifecycle

• Experience across the full SDLC: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Ability to follow coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

DevOps & CI/CD

• Working knowledge of Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Familiarity with Docker
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes (preferred if applicable)
