We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade backend applications. This role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers and ensure high-quality software delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy applications

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders on technical solutions

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements

🔹 Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Java development with 2–3 years in a leadership role

• Strong experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs

• Hands-on with Microservices architecture

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
