Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Research and develop cutting-edge Generative AI solution (e.g., LLMs, Diffusion Models).
Build and optimize AI/ML algorithms for real-world applications.
Implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and contribute to innovation strategies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for R&D researchers on Generative AI and AI/ML best practices.
Mentor and guide the team on AI developments, trends, and implementation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: BE / Master’s in Computer Science.
6–8 years of experience in IT.
Strong expertise in Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion).
Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps tools.
Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Qdrant, PostgreSQL and other vector DB).
Solid understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure), and CI/CD for ML models.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
