IT Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical IT Executive to join our offshore operations team. This role is not a traditional IT support position. It is a business-critical operations role that focuses on system configuration, reporting, ERP support, and data management to enable smooth day-to-day business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and distribute management reports using Power BI and Excel.

• Maintain and update business web portals, including item data, pricing, catalogues, and user access.

• Perform ERP-related activities such as bulk amendments, order releases, item creation, and system error resolution (Navision experience is a strong advantage).

• Investigate and resolve operational tickets and system-related queries.

• Coordinate with the UK stakeholders through meetings and calls.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and documentation of all system changes.

• Provide basic end-user system support and troubleshooting using fundamental networking knowledge.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

• Experience working on ERP systems (Navision experience preferred).

• Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot end-user system issues.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Ability to participate in meetings and calls with UK stakeholders.
