Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Executive role located in Malappuram. The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the hospital, ensuring seamless IT operations. Responsibilities include providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the timely resolution of IT-related challenges. The IT Executive will also manage systems and networks, support the implementation of technology projects, and enforce adherence to IT policies and security protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BCA with minimum 1 year experience in hospital sector.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware and software issues
Experience in Network Administration, including configuring and monitoring network systems
Knowledge of Information Technology and IT Operations, including software updates and system maintenance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
Familiarity with hospital IT systems or healthcare technology is a strong advantage.
Proven experience in IT roles within a healthcare setting preferred
