Role: IT Delivery Manager

Experience: 5 Years and Above

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and custom IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing product/solution implementation cycles, cross-functional coordination, client engagement, and delivery governance. Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms is mandatory, while experience with Zoho or Odoo is an added advantage.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably in ERP or enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of requirement gathering, UAT, integrations, cloud deployments, and post-implementation support.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong planning, reporting, and risk management capabilities.

Good to Have

Exposure to Zoho (CRM, Books, Creator, Inventory, People, Projects) or Odoo (Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
Experience with API integrations, automation workflows, and plugin-based customizations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with relevant certifications (optional).
