International Marketing Executive (Immediate Joiners Only)

The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at our Pune hub, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the Indian/ African market. You will blend traditional sales outreach with modern digital marketing strategies to enroll students and professionals into our world-class programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial inquiry to final enrollment for our Digital Essentials and Professional courses.
• Institutional Partnerships: Outreach to colleges and universities in Pune and beyond to establish LSDB Association Programs.
• Digital Advocacy: Execute local marketing campaigns, including social media outreach and webinars, to promote LSDB’s "Global Career Roadmap."
• Consultative Selling: Act as a career counselor to prospects, explaining the ROI of UK-certified programs and international internships.
• Event Coordination: Organize and represent LSDB at local educational fairs, workshops, and campus "Digital Carnivals."

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. You should be as comfortable writing a catchy email as you are giving a live presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience or Freshers with strong English communication
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media

Salary:

For Internship: INR 8000 p.m

Fresher: INR 12000 - 15000 pm

Exp above 1 year: INR 15000-25000 pm

Availability: Preference for candidates who can start within 0–5 days.
