Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Kochi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and planning functional and aesthetic interior spaces, creating detailed construction drawings, and managing space planning. Responsibilities will also include selecting and sourcing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), adhering to architectural principles, and collaborating with teams to implement creative design solutions. The role involves client interaction to understand requirements and ensure design alignment with needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design and expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and sourcing
Skills in Space Planning and developing efficient layouts
Experience in Architecture and understanding design principles
Ability to create and interpret detailed Construction Drawings
Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and team members
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is a plus
Experience in project management and meeting deadlines is an advantage
