Role Overview

As the Chief AI Officer, you will spearhead the development and implementation of InsuranceDekho's AI strategy, driving innovation and transforming the insurance landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, and create new revenue streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of insurance through cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with InsuranceDekho's business objectives, driving innovation and competitive advantage.
Lead the research, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to improve customer acquisition, risk assessment, fraud detection, and claims processing.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into InsuranceDekho's platform and products, enhancing user experience and driving business growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including AI vendors, research institutions, and industry experts, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI.
Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, adhering to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to senior management and stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving adoption across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Drive the adoption of AI best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in AI development and deployment.

Required Skillset

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful AI strategies that drive business outcomes.
Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems using AI.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
