Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Patna. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will interact with prospective students, generate leads, and guide them towards appropriate academic programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets to support enrollment growth. You will play a key role in promoting our educational programs and connecting students with their future opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales strategies and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to build lasting relationships and guide clients through decision-making processes
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in education consultancy or sales is a plus
