Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in SaaS and EdTech sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals to drive the adoption of our Learn 2 Care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for the Learn 2 Care product line.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage prospects and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS and EdTech solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation strategies and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in EdTech and SaaS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven inside sales experience in SaaS and EdTech domains (both are mandatory).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
