Key Responsibilities
Understand the career aspirations of students and guide them towards the right programs at ShikshaVertex.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, colleges, and universities.
Ensure a smooth student journey from inquiry to enrollment with timely support and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and conversions.
Gather feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Work closely with internal teams to align with organizational goals and growth targets.
Skills & Competencies:
Passion for sales and marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Ability to perform in a target-based environment
Compensation :
Probation Period (3 months): ₹15,000/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
First 10 working days: On-the-job training (unpaid)
Post Confirmation: ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2.4 LPA (Variable, uncapped)
