Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Influencer Marketing Manager. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of influencer marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and managing relationships with influencers, creating strategic campaigns, coordinating project timelines, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports on key metrics. You will work closely with internal teams to align influencer initiatives with overall marketing strategies and objectives. This is a full-time role based onsite at our Noida location.

 Qualifications

•  Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, and Campaign Management
• Skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Analytics Tools
• Ability to create strategies, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the influencer industry trends and emerging platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or within influencer/brand collaboration a plus
• Min 3 years of experience
• Must have experience of working in agency setup
