Job Description
Senior Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra , India
Experience: 4 to 9 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Strong assembly process knowledge, including design/drawing of fixtures, special gauges, special cutting tools, and ATPP tools.
- Preparation of operation drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Effective resource management and coordination with internal teams.
- Drive and implement procurement cost reduction projects.
- Implement internal controls to ensure smooth operational transactions.
- Maintain inventory and stock of jigs and fixture parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts manufacturing and delivery.
- Ensure 5S and Kaizen culture within the department.
- Knowledge of tightening techniques and fastening tools.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of work holding devices and GD&T.
- Ability to read and interpret component and assembly drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
