Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inbound Sales Head to lead and scale our inbound sales operations at Catalyst, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EdTech sales, team handling, and conversion-focused strategies.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the inbound sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
- Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and inquiries
- Design and implement effective lead conversion and follow-up strategies
- Monitor daily sales performance, funnel metrics, and conversion ratios
- Train, mentor, and motivate counsellors/sales executives for high productivity
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and sales outcomes
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
