About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications across distributed environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, a strong grasp of software architecture, and a passion for building user-centric solutions.

This role requires analytical decision-making, leadership in mentoring team members, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, user-friendly web applications
• Architect and implement reusable, scalable, and interoperable components and services
• Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs with clean, efficient, and secure code
• Ensure code quality through documentation, reviews, and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements within defined SLAs
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Advocate for user-centric design and usability principles throughout the development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance applications for performance and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of hands-on development experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core
• 5+ years of experience developing Web APIs (RESTful services)
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web Services, SQL Server, IIS
• Proficiency in Git or other version control systems
• Experience with OData and Fluent Validation
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience working in Lean and Agile environments
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead teams and ensure timely delivery aligned with business SLAs
• Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
