Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time on-site role in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, implementing training programs, maintaining compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational development. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment and align HR practices with the company’s culture and goals.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining workplace harmony
- Competence in conducting performance management, skill assessments, and mentoring programs
- Ability to lead organizational change, drive employee engagement, and promote company culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be a strong advantage
