About EcoEX,
EcoEx is the first Indian digital marketplace offers plastic waste management services, waste commodity trading and Technology consulting services.
- We handle plastic, e-waste in the EPR services. Additionally, we sell waste commodities. And we offer technology consulting for setting up of recycling units, waste to energy plants, and waste to oil plants. Its channelization and disposal with a complete set of documents which ensures the project is executed at the ground level.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the hiring process including drafting job posting, posting on platforms, screening resumes to conducting interviews
• Managing the onboarding on new-joining and their induction
• Maintaining the employees’ files and up-to-date records in the system
• Ensure effective employee engagement and their retention in the system
• Assisting team for the attendance and payroll activities
• Creation & maintenance of policies & procedure within the organization
• Addressing employees queries and one to one interaction with the employees
• Drafting offer letter and appointment related formalities in the system Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resource from recognized university,
- 10+ years' prior experience in Recruitment & HR process
- Experience in non-Tech recruitment / Sales Recruitment is additional
