This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR policies and practices, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and handle employee relations. Key responsibilities include performance management, training and development initiatives, and compliance with local labor laws. The role also involves conducting regular evaluations to improve organizational engagement and workforce planning strategies.

- Skills in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- Knowledge of Training and Development programs
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) are a plus
