Job Description
Title: Workday Sr Consultant (PATT – Payroll & Absence)
Location: Remote
Mandatory Certifications:
Workday Payroll
Workday Absence Management
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Payroll (earnings, deductions, pay groups) & Absence (plans, eligibility)
Support payroll testing, parallel runs & reconciliation
Collaborate with Integration teams on payroll outputs
Assist with cutover and post go-live support
Requirements:
Strong hands-on Payroll & Absence/LOA configuration experience
Experience in payroll testing cycles & at least one parallel run
For Higher Band Candidates:
Lead Payroll & Absence workstream delivery
Drive testing strategy, parallel runs & variance resolution
Experience in enterprise payroll environments
