We’re partnering with Baxters North America on a key HRIS Analyst hire in Cincinnati.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS support across HR, managers, and employees
• Manage system configuration including security roles, workflows, business rules, and approvals
• Build and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Ensure data integrity through audits and ongoing validation
• Support compliance reporting including EEOC, AAP, OFCCP, COBRA, and other requirements
• Serve as the primary HRIS contact for internal and external audits
• Manage HR system integrations across payroll, benefits, and time and attendance
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to improve processes and automation
• Lead or support HRIS projects, including system enhancements and upgrades

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HRIS experience, including ADP Workforce Now
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
• Experience supporting compliance and audit processes
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work cross-functionally and solve problems
