Job Description

Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include

Assist in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Support performance management system (PMS) tasks such as goal-setting, training coordination, and training needs analysis
Help with payroll inputs, HRMS updates, leaves, benefits, and maintaining employee records
Aid in employee engagement activities, handling grievances, and implementing welfare plans
Ensure labor law compliance, including PF/ESI, statutory registers, and audits
Support site onboarding, attendance management, PPE distribution, and safety trainings
Update HR MIS and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
