Job Description
Role Objective
The HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations will support end-to-end hiring activities while ensuring smooth HR operations and process compliance. The role requires coordination with internal stakeholders, candidates, and employees to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes and operational excellence.

The HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations will support end-to-end hiring activities while ensuring smooth HR operations and process compliance. The role requires coordination with internal stakeholders, candidates, and employees to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & hiring:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- HR operations:
- Handle employee onboarding and exit processes as per company policy.
- Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data coordination.
- Assist in compliance-related documentation and internal audits.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordination & reporting:
- Prepare and share recruitment and HR MIS reports with management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations.
- Reporting to:
- HR Business Partner
- Experience & Qualification
- 0–1 year of experience in HR recruitment and operations
- Freshers with relevant internships may be considered
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR preferred
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
